The two biggest factors I currently see to achieving this are regular adjustments and a proactive lifestyle.
Schedule Appointment

On the day of your appointment, don't work out or exercise for two hours before you're scheduled. It can alter your findings during our exam and we want the best results possible. In case you were wondering, we do not perform any invasive tests in the office. On some rare occasions, Dr. Evan may need radiographs, in which case he will refer you to UVA or Martha Jefferson for these diagnostic tests.
What to Expect

On your first visit, you will have a consultation with Dr. Evan, a chiropractic exam, thermograph and EMG scans, and a foot scan. At your follow-up appointment, you will have a report of findings consultation with Dr. Evan where he will explain what your scans revealed and share his recommends for your care.

Dr. Evan and his wife, Lauren, share a passion for serving growing families in their area. They understand the significant impacts the birth process has on both mom and baby, and desire for women to have an amazing birth experience through not only the physical support of chiropractic care, but also through evidence-based education and emotional support.
