I cant believe it, but this was the best customer service experience I have EVER had in my ENTIRE life. Darlisha was so incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She walked me through every step of the way with a clear and concise explanation. She made signing up for insurance (probably one of the most boring chores of all time) so easy and even fun because of her fantastic attitude. Im SO grateful for her help. If you're looking for insurance of any kind I would advise you to go elsewhere. They are overpriced and just downright rude if you call them with a problem. It took me months to rectify a problem with them. I was given the runaround for 6 months. The problem has just been resolved with an attorney's assistance! SMH!!!
