It all started with a vision, a spark of excitement, along with a 90 seat restaurant and a simple business philosophy. In 1997, brothers Eric & Norman Sugrue opened the doors to the Big Fish Grill and began sharing their vision and creating the Big Fish culture, the foundation of our success.
