I normally dont write review but Vinna have definitely gone out of her way to help me. Our family been with Farmers insurance for many years, and their premium increase every single year. My agent has not call me for once for all these years to review my policies except payment time. As usual, I got a call from my agent for renewal payment and the premium increase again. I highly recommend Jessica and Xylia who wrote me a homeowner policy this year. They came to our rescue when we were closing a house. At first we shopped with a different broker, and lender asked for 2 small fixes. They were unable to correct the loan number in 24 hours. I was stressed out making tons of calls, SMS and emails, to no avail. As my locked rate would expire immediately, I was prepared to pay $100+ to extend the locked mortgage rate. Then came Jessica to put out the fire. She and Xylia quickly wrote me a policy, and we were able to get the loan funded on time. Phew! I am very impressed
