Housemade dough tied into knots, deep-fried and smothered in garlic butter, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Casa's signature house salad. A mix of romaine and iceberg lettuce, Italian cheese blend, sweet peppers and green onions. Tossed with our famous Casa dressing.
Crisp chopped lettuce, Genoa salami, baked ham, provolone cheese, peas, Roma tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes with freshly grated Parmesan and crumbled gorgonzola cheeses.Raspberry glazed chicken breast served over chilled field greens tossed with pine nuts, gorgonzola cheese, red onion and maple raspberry dressing.

Call in advance and carryout your favorite Casa meal for family gatherings, office parties or special occasions. Our Full Pans serve approximately 24 guest and our Half Pans serve approximately 12 guest. A 24 hour advance notice is appreciated.
