Many of these review from current residents are basically bribes from management where folks are entered to win gift cards.
Original review 2020: Save your money and get any other place. Have had nothing but problems with moving in and continued residence.

First issue with the leasing process: We were told the price of the unit would be 1675/month. Nothing was mentioned as to if this was a special introductory price or if it included concessions. Only once we signed and applied did we really get the full information

The Verge is a great place to live if you need to thrive in the city! I have obligations in Minneapolis every morning and to be able to leave by 7am and not even think about traffic is amazing. The walls are two feet thick and I rarely hear outside noise or neighbors. Mary Mettille made moving in a breeze and the rest of the staff are always available and super kind. Their COVID response has been satisfactory. The only negative is you pay more for convenience of location.

Gotta give a shoutout to Mary at the Verge. I was looking for an apartment last month and stopped by her building without an appointment. She dropped everything that she was doing and spent over an hour showing me around the building and different units. How nice!
The building looked awesome - lots of amenity space and the rooftop deck would be killer to hang out on in the summer. I found something closer to work.........otherwise I totally would have rented.

While I have only been at The Verge for a short while, judging by my experience so far, I highly doubt that my feelings on it will change. I have been thoroughly impressed by The Verge, particularly by its facilities, location, and staff.
The Verge, in addition to its spacious individual units, also boasts several common spaces, including a sizable fitness center and a rooftop lounge overlooking the metro area.
In terms of location, The Verge is second to none. Living in St. Louis Park, it feels as if the entire metro area is a manageable drive away. It is truly a central location.

The Verge Apartments has been extremely aware and up to date regarding COVID19. They are doing everything they can to follow CDC guidelines. They have had to cancel resident events, but adapted and created virtual ones like virtual trivia night! They also send out email reminders to wear a mask and to respect the people in the building, which I appreciate. Randomly, you see residents not wearing a mask in the elevator or the gym, but that is out of managements control. Overall, they are doing the best they can!

The apartments themselves are awesome. Small but practical and in a great location! There’s a lot of outdoor paths and places to walk to (breweries, groceries, restaurant, etc.)The residents and employees are very friendly and helpful. I’ve needed my batteries replaced for my garage door opener and they’ve done it quickly and easily. In my opinion, it is a bit expensive for the amenities that come along with it. But overall, I love living here!

The Verge employees have done at great job with handling everything in regards to COVID-19 and have done their best to make sure safety measures are in place, common areas are kept clean, and also having consistent communication with all residents to address issues, most importantly those around the virus. The current manager, Ben, is incredibly helpful and has definitely made the Verge a better community to live at since he stepped into his role. As with any apartment living goes, there will always be something to complain about, however especially during these times in a pandemic, the effort

I just moved into Verge! Everything has been amazing so far - I toured with Mary and she really makes this place shine. I’m excited to meet the rest of the office staff!
My move-in went amazing; Mary called me and we did everything contactlessly, since I was moving in on Christmas Eve and the office was closed.
Impressed so far - there is a coffee machine in the lobby that is free and my neighbors stopped by to say hello.
Will update later, as I get used to the building.

Very impressed with Verge apartments! I helped my sister move in here a couple months back and recently have started searching for my own place too and verge is top of the list. I love the location, style of the building, and it’s impressively clean! The amenities are small but everything you could need is here.
Everyone was helpful to me and my siblings when helping move in. But when I reached out one day for info for my own apartment search, Mary recognized me and remembered my name even after just the couple of times we talked! Mary asked about how the move went and even though I’m not

Very happy to live at The Verge. They have done a good job with keeping us inform with any news regulations or guidelines from the CDC and MN department of health. We have hand sanitizers before entering each amenities. Mask are required in all areas when leaving our apartments. Very pleased with all the work the office/management is putting in the apartment complex to ensure we are all safe during this uncertain/difficult times. Thank you for all your work, it is very much appreciate it.

We moved into The Verge apts in November. The office staff has been very helpful. The building has been kept very clean.
Whenever we called for service, it was promptly attended to.
I wish there were more guest parking spots in front of the building. This is especially a problem in the winter. I hate to ask my guests to park two buildings away.

Overall, we enjoyed our time at The Verge. My boyfriend, I and our two dogs lived there for one and half (1 1/2) years. The building itself provides great features- rooftop patio, club room, and fitness center. However, the Staff is ever-changing. Currently, the site manager is Krystal. She has been the BEST asset to the building. She is always available and responds to residents concerns. Rewa the Front Desk Clerk- is GREAT as well. She is always working and smiling. The other employees are sub-par and they are always changing office staff.... Hopefully, Krystal and Rewa are there for awhile.

We have lived here for a year and a half and just signed on for another year. Of the many high-end apartment complexes we have lived in over the years, this is our favorite.
Major perks: amazing coffee every morning in the lobby. Wednesday waffle breakfasts. Monthly resident events where complimentary beer and wine are flowing. Package delivery. Smoke-free building. Prompt maintenance staff. Everyone who works here is incredibly pleasant and always up for just chatting. We have always felt like if there was feedback to be given, the staff has been all-ears.
