I have used Holly and her firm for over 20 years and can recommend the firm with confidence to anyone that is looking for a straight-shooting CPA that does quality work on-time. I have never had an issue getting in contact with Holly or anyone on the staff. Even during the weeks leading up to deadlines. After $935.00 charge, firm pulled the rug and chose not to file tax when pointing out that their required forms were too vague leading to them to ask a lot of questions when they were provided with all the answers that demonstrated they don't do their homework when this is their area of expertise. After all the questions which they should have already obtained, I was willing to still give them a chance but guess they are under no obligation to provide customer service since they can find other suckers.

Owner makes questionable charges, has deceptive practices and your privacy/identity is not safe. I saw other peoples returns in my sight and their socials, if I pulled out camera phone adios identity. Stay away. I could be more detailed but I'm a little scared. I think she uses service to eliminate bad reviews. Everything looks professional but owner is not. I was originally referred by friend but they apologized having had similar problems
