Beautiful apartment, clean, safe, gated. Very convenient place near Downtown. Knoy Chapman assisted us. He is very professional , kind and has excellent customer service. We made the right choice.

Worse experience of my life! Booked our stay for 4 nights. Received an email with confirmation, within that email were directions to access my room. Followed all the directions when we got to the door I put in the code that was given to me for the room and the door wouldnt open. After trying the code about 10 more times we decided to call the The number that was provided for Help. Long story short after speaking to about five different agents and 2 1/2 hours later no one was able to troubleshoot the issue in order for us to gain access to the room that we booked. By this time it is 10 PM

I recently did a tour at steel house and he was so on point. He made me so comfortable, I have never seen anything like this before. Unfortunately I was not able to take the apartment because plans changed but because of him i would have definitely rented.

I have been living here for almost year now. Wouldnt want to be anywhere other than SteelHouse!!! K'noy Chapman , is always kind and eager to help me whenever I need it! Everyone else in the office is also always extremely kind and helpful. It is such a quiet, beautiful place to be. Glad to be a part of the SteelHouse Community
