Been going here for a little over eight years, and it's honestly been one of my best experiences with mental health help. Dr. Frankel is hands down one of the best; both understanding, and professional which is the main contributor to why I value this place so highly. If it weren't for a change in my insurance coverage, I'd definitely continue to come here.

Absolutely amazing and wonderful staff. Ive been a client for years now, Ive seen Karen and Ken for therapy. Ive also had a very good experience with the psychiatrists. The front desk staff is also fantastic.

Within 30 minutes told me there's no way I have bpd because I love my partner. Also disgustingly trans incompetent. Like not even trying. Do not go here, one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. Working on a refund it caused so much harm.

Edit: I went to a neighborhood Facebook group to seek a recommendation for a different psychiatrist after my bad experience here, and within a few hours *two* other people echoed similarly negativer/trauma-ignorant experiences at Harmony. Find somewhere else. You deserve to be respected, treated kindly, and taken seriously.

Front desk was a total sweetheart. That's where my positive experience ended. If you are a woman with PTSD, go somewhere else. This was the most uninformed experience I have ever had in a mental health care practice. I can't imagine how many peoples' days are ruined here
