Since going through the application process I am looking forward to moving into these apartments soon! The staff was very courteous and professional. The aesthetic is very appealing, the grounds are well kept from when I have visited, and the speed bumps encourage safety within the parking lot. I am sure that River Falls will continue to impress me. It is also worth noting that my mom who was in the apartment industry has spoken highly of the management!

The apartment's are a nice size. The pool is big and clean. The gazebo area is nice but needs more seating. The common area is so pretty. There is a fully loaded kitchen in there. Just bring your food and throw a party! Plenty of seating and a fireplace!

Moved here in April 2019 for my first full-time job. Staff is excellent and very friendly! Very affordable for Amarillo and built for the extreme weather up here. If youre moving here for a short time and looking for an apartment, I highly recommend!

Me and my wife lived here for 1 whole year and I have never had any inconveniences or trouble with the apartment itself or the staff. Everyone has been real kind to us, maintenance keeps grass green, vacuum the hallways daily, mop the elevator floor daily, recently painted walls, and the buildings are well maintained they do an extraordinary job we were impressed as well as our families. Staff is really kind to us when we have questions or when we were toured around, they always leave letters letting you know about any changes or repairs in the buildings lots of communication, very professional

**Edit: 12/17/2020 : I've been a resident for 7 years now. It is time I updated this review to reflect the current state of things. I love my little efficiency apartment. The design is small and simple, and the appliances provided work well. The complex itself is in a nice location, and the maintenance crew works well to keep the property clean. I've never had issues with neighbors. The office staff is nice and professional. They listen to tenant problems. The speed bumps in the parking lot were initially VERY steep when they were put in, but the management recognized this problem and smoothed
