Ive only had one appointment so far but it was great. Dr. Fredricks is very thorough and I left feeling better with just one visit. Im looking forward to healing all the way and have faith it will happen. I would say that at the moment they do not require masks in the office so that was the only thing that made me a bit uncomfortable with omicron being so contagious right now because there were quite a few patients without one there.

I love coming into FFWC every week because everyone is so welcoming and they have made my husband and me feel like family. I appreciate the holistic approach and gentle chiropractic method offered here. Dr. Fredricks and Dr. Bethany both go above and beyond to offer solutions to help with our health concerns. The entire team at Family First Wellness Center is exceptional. I have been a patient of Dr. Haskel and Dr. Kelly since 2018 and my life has improved tenfold because of their care. I was recommended to FFWC after a car accident that resulted in neck pain and exacerbated previous low back pain/sciatica that I've had for as long as I can remember. I had never been to a chiropractor before and thought treatment would be aggressively snapping and cracking bones. I love Family First Wellness! As a 71 year old, I have had some health issues this year and Dr. Fredricks and Dr. Haskell have been so kind and compassionate in working with me. Dr. Fredricks uses a unique technique to keep your body in balance. She has helped my shoulder, ankle, spine and even my ear issue. Dr. Haskell is trained in biofeedback, and I am amazed at how much better I am feeling after a series of sessions. My sleep patterns, energy and digestive issues are improving! Do not hesitate to come here! The whole staff is kind and truly cares about your well being!

I tried so many different chiropractors and modalities when my back went out and Family First Wellness was the first chiropractor that left me feeling relief immediately. Their plan for care made sense and their plans made it affordable. Recently when I became a new mom it was a no-brainer to return for prenatal chiropractic adjustments and eventually adjustments for my newborn baby. There has been multiple occasions where the baby was struggling to latch during breastfeeding and a quick alignment from Dr. Kelly got us back on track. The staff is kind and caring, their pricing more than reasonable

Their chiropractic and laser services saved me from a painful shoulder surgery, months of recovery and no guarantee of total movement again.
