I just wanted to say to Steiner Reality that I'm starting to feel at home with my new home and for the maintenance of this apartment building and Steiner Reality they also have great awesome responds when people need them the most. The staff at Steiner Realty provide truly excellent service. Service requests are handled promptly.
We recently had a non-emergent maintenance request about improving exterior lighting and they came up with an excellent solution which was promptly installed. Kudos to John, Nicole and Paul!. All of the staff at Steiner is so responsive to any maintenance issues, which aren't many, that you might have.

I acknowledge that permission to keep a pet is a privilege, not a right, and as such, may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of management. LANDLORD may deny TENANT's request for a pet for any reason. In order for TENANT to acquire a pet after completion of this lease, Steiner Realty must be notified in writing of such request.
