I called the front office desk and had a poor experience with the Front Desk Staff. The woman was rude and blamed me for missing my appointment without cancelling beforehand (although initially front office staff was friendly and willing to get me in the same day for tooth pain). I pointed out that she is being rude and she did not apologize. She also went on to say I would be charged for 2 no-shows without even being seen for a first visit. Not a great way to build business before even establishing patient care. I cannot comment on the skill or services provided by the Dentist here given that
