Phuong is in charge of our hygiene and recare department for the past 8 years, providing gentle and thorough care to all patients. She lives in San Jose with her husband and loves cooking, playing tennis, and traveling all over the world in her spare time. Susana has been a valuable Dental Assistant with Dr. Trinh for 13 years and was promoted to Patient Coordinator since 2014.

Very little preparation is necessary for dental bonding and anesthesia is generally not required beforehand. We will use a shade guide to select a composite resin color that most closely matches the color of your existing teeth. The surface of your tooth will be etched and a special cleaning/conditioning solution will be applied to allow the bonding resin to adhere to your tooth.

When you come into our San Jose, CA office and talk to our staff, we may feel that your best option to replace a single lost tooth is a bonded bridge. A bonded bridge consists of two parts. The first is a false tooth, called a pontic and the second are 'wings' that support the pontic. New patients receive a comprehensive examination which includes a screening for oral cancer, gum and bone disease, blood pressure, and systemic disorders. A routine oral exam is performed on established patients to determine any changes in dental and health status since the previous visit.
