I have worked with First Florida for the past 5 years now. They have built my clients home, which caused me to have to communicate with them sometimes on a daily basis. They have an expedited way of solving problems. They think outside the box and are great to work with. The skill set and quality they provide cannot be matched. They have great follow through and most importantly they answer the phone!I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed.

We recently purchased a home in Vero Beach that had been built by First Florida Development in 2005/6. The home is of the highest quality. Shortly after we moved in we discovered a structural problem that was the result, we learned later, of the architect. We feared the worst. I contacted FFD by email. The president of the company responded. Even though the problem was not of their doing, they found a cost effective solution and did the work quickly with a high level of craftsmanship. As a customer and former business owner, I truly appreciate doing business with a company that has great people

First florida is a locally owned contractor that specializes in high end Residential home building. They have been in business for over 40 years and that alone speaks volumes! Consider them on your new home or renovation.
