Paul built First Florida on his wealth of experience, dynamic creativity, and the same attention to detail that is required to build custom luxury homes.

Our project consisted of a major remodel and expansion of our home as well as the construction of a guest house on our property. We went through a process with our architect, where we reviewed three or four different bidders. Although First Florida was not the lowest bidder, it's bid was the most complete and transparent.
