Services
Vacated a street and relocated all utilities so that the site could accommodate the expanded facility. Oversee construction of a new all masonry elementary school on a 30-acre site including all site development and parking lot work. Despite a two-month rain delay, we managed the project with efficient scheduling and strategic use of overtime so the project was completed before the bell rang for the first day of school.

I mentioned our headquarters location (TN) only to note that we have plenty of contractor opportunities across the United States, but we CHOOSE to use Cord Construction. We know that when we partner with Cord that the end results will be more than we could have asked for and in addition we won't have any surprises.

Cord deserves special mention for their persistence in getting us through the design and scheduling phases ever mindful of the budget we had set. On-time, on-budget and in a wonderful facility - we could not be happier with our new building and the building experience shared with the Cord Construction team.

I used Cord Construction for a 24,000 square foot addition to our existing manufacturing facility as well as remodeling of the existing plant, exterior and new office space. They did an excellent job throughout the project, allowing us to continue manufacturing production seamlessly for our customers while the work was done in a safe, timely and professional manner. We will definitely look to Cord in the future for other projects.

U.S. Waterproofing hired Cord Construction to renovate an approx 50,000sf industrial building for its new corporate headquarters in Schaumburg.
Jake, Brett, Jared and the rest of the Cord team were fantastic from pre-construction all the way through to occupancy / punch list.
While there are many capable contractors throughout the greater Chicagoland area, we specifically chose Cord because in the end it came down to trust.
We just moved a week ago and couldn’t be happier. Kudos to Cord for making this project such a pleasurable experience!
