Rochester Dental Center, was founded in 2000 by Dr. David Barts, a graduate of IU School of Dentistry. Dr. Dave has practiced Dentistry for over 25 years which lead him to build Rochester Dental into a fixture of the community synonymous with dental care. Recently, Dr. Dave was diagnosed with Lyme disease.
Lyme disease is typically from a tick bite and the tick insect carries multiple types of bacteria. Treatment consists of intense antibiotic treatment which can be tough on a patient. With this in mind, the Doctor will be stepping away from practice to focus on his health. When we looked for someone to take over the practice, who better than his own daughter Caitlin to carry on the tradition!
