Dr. Johnson is a Colorado native, originally from Lakewood, CO. After attending the University of Colorado-Boulder, where he majored in Biology and Music, Dr. Johnson moved to Fort Collins before attending dental school. It was in Fort Collins that he met Dr. Kochevar while working as his dental assistant!
