She moved back to the United States and completed her general practice dental residency at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA where she went on to work for a year after as an associate dentist through Community Health Programs.Dr. Tyra has a long history of giving back to her community through volunteerism in both Poland and Massachusetts.
