We payed GTR for an app in hopes it was going to add value to our business in a certain way. Unfortunately the app didnt worn as expressed on the sales call. They offered a Band-Aid solution to a few issues that we werent pleased with. Instead of refunding us thousands of dollars they tell us well you signed a contract so your going to have the pay the remaining year

BE aware of this CONpany and signing a contract with them. Once they have your credit card info, it is extremely difficult to stop them from pulling money out of your account when you cancel. For me, it took an additional 6 months of payments after I cancelled.
