This people are not on the same page is like they don’t communicate. The front desk couldn’t find my insurance so they called me to say they couldn’t see me but later on call me back to say they found it and they can see me now and they would wait for me and when I arrived they said i was 2 late and they couldn’t see me again. this people is a joke. They really think I am coming back.

First impressions really do matter. I had my first check up at Beverly and I was quite impressed with the service. From the front desk, to the technician and then my dentist, were very courteous and knowledgeable. My treatment was very detailed when explained to me, along with the costs that I should expect. I'm looking forward to see the actual dental work this month. But, from what I've seen so far, I think I made the right decision picking Beverly Dental Center as my dentist. Last but not least, their office is so clean and modern, with a very inviting atmosphere.

Root Canal: Anxious no more after 10+ years! I didn’t feel a thing.
I have had severe anxiety going to the dentist since I was a child due to a traumatic experience. Today was a huge step getting a root canal procedure done for the first time in years. Got one done as a child and have been terrified ever since. I even started to tear up at the office.
After my procedure not only have I been freed of anxiety, but now I am more confident going to get the rest of my procedures done. Dr. Oh and dental assistant Daniel were fantastic, very quick and through. Daniel made me feel at ease as he explained

I’m not sure how to feel about Dr. Lee and the environment. The front desk and the dental assistant taking X-rays were helpful and engaging. But, Dr. Lee gave more of a treat ‘em and street ‘em vibe. Not, once did he ask if I had any questions or concerns. I think Medicaid provider doctors are more welcoming and engaging than this Dr. If you’re experiencing an emergency by all means visit Dr. Lee but, if you’re looking for a long term dentist you may want to reconsider this office.
