I was raised in Guatemala, Central America. At the age of 18, I decided to move to the great state of Texas for college where I attended the University of Texas at San Antonio - Go Roadrunners! At UTSA I obtained my bachelor's degree in psychology and my Master's degree in counseling. Since then, I have been able to help people in dealing with a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, and several other mental health concerns.
Insurance and Fees

It is up to your discretion to use the insurance or attend Private Pay. When called to make an appointment feel free to ask about the benefits of doing Private Pay. Cash, personal checks and debit or credit cards are accepted for payment When scheduling an intake appointment, credit card information will be required to reserve the appointment, you will not be charged until the day of the session.
Why therapy
Report
Asking for help can be a challenging thing to do. With all the stigma going on about Mental health and counseling we may think, well I'm not "Crazy" or I am not going through a really bad, horrible trauma, therapy is not for me. I like to think Counseling is for everyone. Everyone that is willing to continue making the best out of their lives or improve in areas where improvement can take place.
