I found Jenna right here on Yelp about a month before the pandemic started. While the last year has been a challenge for everyone. I can't not imagine my life with out the immense help and support that Jenna has provided me with. Jenna taught me boundaries, mindfulness, meditation and it has resulted in immense peace and self love. I am so grateful for her patience and wisdom while I navigated some really painful things that I had shoved down. Seeking help can seem overwhelming and scary and Jenna has a gift of making you see that therapy is a way up. Recovery is possible. If you're

I've been fortunate to know Jenna for over 10 years. Jenna is my most trusted listener and confidante. She will attentively listen as long as is needed and always conclude with her wise perspective and words of love and encouragement. She has provided me counsel through break ups, moves, loss of family members, my own battle with cancer and normal stresses of work and life. I always refer my friends and loved ones to Jenna. Any time spent with Jenna will be a gift you give yourself.

Jenna helped me see the truth and beauty of what I have to offer, and to own it! She helped me view my intuition and sensitivity as gifts, not as nuisances within this often chaotic and not so sensitive world. With Jenna's help, I now have a toolbox of mindful practices to help center and ground me in the truth of who I am. I wholeheartedly recommend Jenna and her offerings. She's a true gem!

I met Jenna in our Graduate program and am now happy to call her a friend. Being a counselor myself, I have her at the top of my referral list. She is one of the most authentic people I know and she incredibly passionate about helping others. I almost wish she weren't my friend so I could hire her as my own counselor!

Jenna is amazing! I was looking for a counselor to help me through a difficult time and also to delve deeper into already existing core issues surrounding what was going on in my life. I found Jenna at People House and she helped me so much! She has a lot of different tools and I really appreciated her approach to helping me, I really felt like I had control over how our sessions went. Because of my time with Jenna, I signed up for her Yoga for Emotional health class at People House and it was one of the best experiences I've had with yoga. The way she used yoga as a tool to achieve emotional
