See our community in-person! Your smartphone will be used to grant you access to the home you're interested in and will act as your tour guide. Ready to apply? Once approved, the team will provide you with an electronic lease agreement and work with you to register for our resident portal. You will receive a code and location for a lockbox where you can pick up your keys and move in to your new home at your convenience.

The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.
