Peter is the President of Annapolis Property Services. Originally from Wales, Peter moved to Annapolis in 1999 as the General Manager of Sunsail Sailing Vacations. Sanford Collins is the Director of Operations and oversees the Accounting and Maintenance teams of Annapolis Property Services. Originally from San Francisco, California, Sanford moved.

Annapolis Property Services was founded by Peter and Nicola (Nicky) Cook in 2003 to assist local property owners who were moving either overseas or out of state to care for their property. Pete and Nicky had relocated from the UK to Annapolis; Pete was working in the marine vacation industry and Nicky as an account manager at a marketing agency.

Annapolis Property Services Manages over 500 properties and maintains a complete online inventory that is updated daily. Please understand that we provide 24 hours of advance notice to the current Resident when we schedule showings so your first choice of appointments may not be available. Showing can be scheduled online up to 7 days in advance and available showtimes are displayed for each specific property.

Below are answers to the most commonly asked questions we receive regarding renting a property. All questions must be completed and minimum requirements met to be able to schedule a showing. Once scheduled, you will receive an email or text that must be confirmed, or it will cancel.
Most of our properties have available showtimes during regular business hours Monday through Friday, and properties are available for Saturday showings between 10 AM-2 PM. Specific time slots for homes are available on individual property listing.Zoom and in-person showings with one of our team are completed on a one-to-one basis with a 20 to 30-minute time frame.
