Jean R. Spencer and his wife Beverly started our family owned and operated construction company in 1977 under Contractors State Licence #340167. We started out building custom and spec homes, small apartments and doing remodel projects. We performed all the building trades ourselves to gain experience and become fully knowledgeable with all aspects of construction.
In the years that followed we built a reputation on that knowledge and the quality of work provided. In 1981 our business had grown and we incorporated under Constractors State License #412180. In 1993 we were contacted to solve a problem for a homeowner whose house was sinking. Jean and David, always looking for the next challenge and for ways to help someone, agreed to help the homeowner find a solution.
