It's a nice building, but the management allows vagrants to sleep in the area next to the front door on Kings Road. Really hurts the neighborhood that they don't take proper care of the area.

Very poor experience with leasing staff as a prospective tenant. Unhelpful and uninterested in providing information. I couldnt imagine how awful they must be once they have you in contract.

Modern building in the very heart of West Hollywood - is the absolute best walking location! Love the size of this smaller new building which offers a more boutique feel than the mega apartment complexes. Modern and sleek units - some offering concrete floors private terraces, and full size vented washer/dryers. Have been very impressed with the leasing experience and getting settled in (thank you Sarah!!!) Already enjoying the roof deck and city views... Hard to find a better rental!

Barely ok when you factor in the price.. Not even a pool, just the cheapest hot tub to suffice a rooftop. Another example of spend as little as possible and charge way too much.

The building itself is absolutely regal. I love the design and architecture. As for location, it really couldn't get any better. The living spaces are functional and tasteful. Definitely worth checking out in person!
