Individual Therapy
Individual therapy at HCCS provides person-centered treatment plans addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Our licensed therapists use strengths-based approaches to foster independence through clinical assessments, tailored interventions, and measurable outcomes. Clients receive customized care focusing on their specific needs while developing coping strategies for long-term wellness.
Family Therapy
Our family therapy program educates families about mental illness while improving communication and relationships. Through structured sessions, family members learn effective communication skills, boundary setting, and family pattern recognition. The program addresses behavioral issues, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities while emphasizing cultural values and family strengths in the healing process.
Group Therapy
Group therapy sessions help participants explore behavioral patterns and relationship issues through shared experiences. Our professionally-led groups create supportive environments where members exchange coping strategies, reduce isolation, and develop social skills. Programs address substance abuse recovery, trauma recovery, and specific mental health diagnoses while fostering peer support networks within Philadelphia's Hispanic community.
Mobile Therapy
Mobile therapy brings clinical services directly to clients' homes or community settings. This evidence-based approach addresses accessibility barriers by delivering personalized treatment plans in familiar environments. Our licensed therapists provide outpatient mental health services tailored to clients' living situations, ensuring continuity of care for individuals facing transportation challenges or requiring home-based support during recovery.
Child Services
Specialized services for children aged 5-12 address trauma, abuse, and mental illness through culturally-sensitive interventions. Our clinicians work with families to develop emotional resilience while respecting cultural values. Treatment integrates compassion and clinical expertise to help children understand their conditions, develop coping mechanisms, and build foundations for lifelong emotional wellbeing within Philadelphia's Hispanic community.
