Holistic Counseling Group provides clinical and educational services in the Central Florida community. Our services include individual, couple, family, and group counseling, as well as psycho-educational presentations and services.

We help those that want to heal from difficult situations, those that want to learn to communicate better, those who seek to improve their level of satisfaction with themselves and those around them, or those who simply want to improve the quality of their lives.We seek to provide services that improve our community as a whole by strengthening and empowering families through therapeutic and educational support.

Damaris is a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that specializes in couples work and in working with individuals coping with anxiety, depression, and stress but she also loves working with families. Damaris strongly believes that the most important part of therapy is the relationship between the client and the counselor and therefore works hard to co-create a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients.
