We will verify all your insurance benefits before any charges are performed on your first visit. Following the consultation our staff will inform you of all recommended procedures and expenses. Consent from you will be needed before proceeding with examination and procedures. If you have any questions about your insurance plan or coverage please contact our office.

Treatment plan of what it would take to correct and stabilize the condition (which includes recommended visits, frequency, and procedures performed each visit). After the report of findings with Dr. Hinze and the agreement to continue from the patient, the treatment plan will begin. Treatment usually consists of a gentle chiropractic adjustment followed by any other therapy recommended.
