Word to the wise: steer clear of debbie woodruff. she nearly blew a home sale today for another (totally competent) realtor who asked her to step in for the final days of our transaction. while the progress until debbie's arrival had not been completely free of complications, all issues had been handled in a collaborative and professional manner. enter debbie: aggressive, argumentative, insulting, condescending, and obstructionist.
