Even on a tight schedule, squeezed us with our mechanical problem (fuel pump defect) first thing in the morning. Really helpful to find a way. To better serve some of our customers, this was an ideal location since it is closer to the center of town and offers a more convenient location for quicker type services to our customer base as well as expand our reach into the Fairbanks Community.

In 1997, I started Simard Automotive and we were just a small 1 bay shop near Fairbanks International Airport. We expanded in 1999 to our current, larger Airport location so we could continue to support our expanded customer base. We grew a team from 1 to 12 people over time. Each team member has the same goal; Offer each of our valued customers, personalized, comprehensive customer service.

30, 60, or 90 K Service must be performed in order to activate Protection on items not replaced, but listed under the BG Protection Plan. A covered component becomes covered only after it has been replaced one time and after Eligibility requirements have been maintained. A covered component must be in the covered items list to be eligible for the Million Mile Warranty.

Simard Automotive opened its doors in 1997 we started out of the garage to my home, we have since expanded to a much larger shop here in Fairbanks, Alaska. We are a family owned and operated repair facility. We built the company one relationship at a time to turn it into one of the busiest and well known independent Napa Auto Care Repair Facilities in the surrounding area.
