I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine. In addition to my course work, I did an oral surgery externship at the VA Hospital in Philadelphia and an oral medicine externship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as the pediatric honor program at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

At Pleasant Prairie Family Dental, our primary goal is to do what is right for the patient. We recommend regular exams at least every six months. By doing so, we can check for problems that you might not feel or see; we can find early signs of decay and treat it before it gets to a point where treatment might require further steps and more expense. When a patient comes for an oral examination, an oral cancer screening is done at the same time.

At Pleasant Prairie Family Dental, we treat Periodontal Disease in the least invasive and most cost effective manner. This is often accomplished by non-surgical periodontal treatment. The initial stage of treatment is done by doing a thorough cleaning that includes scaling to remove plaque and calculus beneath the gum line.
