Here is a snapshot of our team. You may interact with some of us more than others, but we promise that together we are working hard to give you the best experience possible. Kim is likely the first person you'll interact with on the phone or in our office. She has numerous years of customer service experience and recently gained interest in using her skills in the healthcare field.
Kim enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren. Katherine graduated from massage therapy school in 2018, and she is skilled in pregnancy, sports, deep tissue, and Swedish massage. She recently completed her coursework for cupping, as well. In her free time, she loves doing photography, hiking, and playing with her dog.

We are conveniently located at 4151 Shrestha Drive, Suite A in Bay City. Being only minutes from US-10, US-23, I-75, and M-13 allows us to easily serve surrounding areas such as Saginaw, Midland, Pinconning, Auburn, Kawkawlin, Standish, and many more. We look forward to being your Bay City chiropractor.
Outreach

Global outreach is an important aspect of our vision at True North Chiropractic. Dr. Hall and his wife, Rachelle, volunteer with the non-profit organization Peak Potential Outreach, a Shriner's affiliate. The two of them spent 10 days over the summer setting up clinics throughout remote regions of Fiji to provide healthcare and teach preventive health strategies to improve the quality of life for the people there.

We are currently open on an appointment-only basis. Please call our office at 989-686-4609 to schedule, and please leave a voicemail if we are not able to answer. We will call you back to get you an appointment as soon as we are back in the office. We have appointments available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, but we are not currently open for all of our "normal" hours.
