I was a regular client of Rittenhouse Dentists up until I lost my dental insurance. I had a filling done by them less than a year ago and thought it had fallen out. They fit me in the next day to be seen and did an evaluation. Turns out my tooth was chipped - nothing to do with the filling. Still, they offered to significantly reduce the cost of re-doing the filling to accommodate the cavity that had filled underneath, even though it didnt seem like in the end it was their fault. I thought that was above and beyond customer service!
