Powering Progress. Preserving Trust.
Paramount Electric Co. provides a single contracting resource for electrical power systems and low-voltage technology across commercial, residential, and industrial environments. Located in Clackamas, Oregon, we began operations in 2011, supported by electrical industry management experience since 2001. We are licensed, bonded, and insured to perform work in Oregon and Washington. Our commercial electrical division supports building construction, tenant improvements, lighting modernization, control system upgrades, design coordination, electrical utility connections, underground installations, and continuing service. We prepare bids using construction plans, identify important clarifications, and collaborate with other trades throughout installation. Our field practices include clean rough-in work, properly labeled panels, and organized documentation for inspections and project closeout. Our customers represent hospitality, senior care, healthcare, multifamily developments, mixed-use properties, restaurants, grocery businesses, offices, schools, banking, automotive sales, warehousing, and public sector facilities. Residential services include panel upgrades, replacement meters, home rewiring, renovation electrical work, electric vehicle charging stations, backup generators, lighting, alarm wiring, troubleshooting, and repairs. Additionally, our crews perform structured wiring, surveillance camera installation, controlled access systems, and audio/video work without separate low-voltage subcontractors. We maintain straightforward pricing practices and offer 24-hour emergency electrical assistance. Services
Commercial Electrical
For restaurant, retail, and franchise electrical projects, we coordinate installations around construction schedules and operational needs. Our experience encompasses commercial kitchen circuits, equipment electrical loads, and integrated low-voltage requirements. We also manage inspections and prepare project documentation for contractors and owners. Beyond hospitality work, we undertake commercial renovations, new construction, and site power installations.
Residential Electrical Services
We help homeowners maintain safe and functional electrical systems through repairs, rewiring, and equipment upgrades. Our experience includes aging knob-and-tube wiring, ungrounded outlets, and outdated electrical panels. For remodeling and expansion projects, we coordinate with contractors or work directly with homeowners. Required permits, inspections, and appropriate circuit protection remain central to our work.
Generator Installation & Service
We provide standby generator installation and maintenance for residential and commercial properties. Our services include generator sizing, load calculations, transfer switch installation, gas coordination, and permitting. As an authorized Generac dealer and service company, we manage the entire process. We also perform annual maintenance, system testing, and repairs to help ensure dependable backup power during outages.
EV Charger Installation
Charging an electric vehicle at home or providing stations for customers requires suitable electrical infrastructure. We install 240-volt Level 2 chargers capable of adding approximately 25–40 miles of range per charging hour. Our work includes load calculations, permit requirements, and panel evaluations. We also address insufficient electrical capacity through appropriate upgrades or load-management equipment.

Had some weird stuff going on with key outlets in our house and needed same day service. Sent out requests on Yelp and heard back from Paramount promptly. They shared they could come same day and their rates. Vitaly showed up on time and got right to work. He diagnosed the issue and fixed within an hour, also giving me advice on another issue. Keeping their contact number for next time and highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service. They were able to come out the next day. I got cameras, motion sensors, wifi, and outlets for a commercial parts washer installed. All for a reasonable price. Definitely would recommend them.

We recently had this Paramount Electric do quite a bit of work for our motorcycle shop, and I have to say they really did a great job.
They installed our lift plugs, washer hookup, exit signs, indoor and outdoor cameras, motion sensors, and added several new electrical outlets throughout the building. Everything was done cleanly and professionally. You can tell they take pride in their work.
They showed up on time, communicated well, and made sure everything was working properly before wrapping up. The pricing was very fair, especially considering the amount of work that was done.
It’s hard to find dependable contractors these days, but these guys were solid from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.
