I had multiple plumbing issues, including a non-stop running toilet and an upstairs shower leaking down onto the first floor through my ceiling. I was beyond stressed. I reached out to Henleys Plumbing & Air, and they were incredible. They sent out a technician the same day. Francisco was awesome. He was able to repair the shower issue and install a new toilet for me all within 24hrs of my call. The ladies that work in the office were super kind and kept me updated. Henleys is the only plumbing Ill use going forward.

He did a fantastic job from start to finish! His demeanor is one to be admired. He has a perfect calmness in a tense situation where I had no hot water. I had System failure and breakdown. I recently noticed a sulfur smell coming from around my water heater and needed to get it checked out. After searching on Yelp I found Henleys Plumbing and Air. They responded to me promptly and sent David Casillas and RJ out to do a safety inspection on it shortly after. The communication was excellent throughout the process. David performed the tests and identified the source of the leak. He recommended to replace some parts that would solve the issue and bring my water heater up to code. David and RJ are very professional and did the work thoroughly as agreed upon. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

We have always had a great experience with Henley's Plumbing. We had them out months ago to redo our entire plumbing under our house. They did an amazing job. We recently had a leak in our front yard where the hose was at. They worked in the dark and replaced the entire unit. David Casillas and Ricardo did an amazing job completing our project!!!

I did not have hot water this morning. I called Henley's Plumbing & Air at 6:21 this morning. They were able to schedule the service between 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. When they tell you that they are open 24 hours, they are truly open 24 hours, someone will take your call anytime. Unfortunately, I needed to replace my water heater. I am so happy the work was assigned to David and his assistant. They came on time. Before they did the work, David told me how much it would cost. David is willing to work with you to make it easier on your pocket. They were able to help me save some money. David is an honest person, and you can trust him. David and his assistant are really good at what they do, and they do not waste time. I am so happy that I was able to have hot water the same day. Thank you so much for a job well done!!!

Henleys provides top-notch service! I initially called because water was backing up into my shower from what I thought was a simple clog turns out it was a much bigger issue. David and Alejandro were incredibly professional and walked us through everything they found, even showing us the camera footage so we fully understood the situation. Within just a few days, they had replaced our water heater and installed a brand-new sewage line with a clean-out in the front yard. Everything was done efficiently and with great care. Im so grateful for their hard work and honesty Ill definitely be calling Henleys again in the future!

David and Ty with Henley's Plumbing and Air replaced a hot water heater recently. They did a fantastic job removing the old tank and they replaced EVERY part (hoses, pipes) to ensure the unit would be problem-free for years. They explained what they were doing throughout, were highly professional, and they were very skilled in their work. I commend them and Henley's for being so attentive and responsive. They cleaned up after themselves and even answered a question after hours. VERY customer-focused.

Our home is pretty old and has no central air/heat system. We put in a couple of split units which had been doing the job. One of them stopped blowing cold air one day. I called a few places but no one wanted to help us. But when I called Henleys, they agreed to come take a look at it. Im so glad I decided to call them. They were able to fix it and were so nice to do business with.
