Id give the full 5 stars for the customer service, the staff, the ease of getting to and from the airport. They didnt try to upsell me insurance I didnt need (I have full
Coverage personal insurance and used my credit card that also has rental insurance. ) All of the staff, from the person I called months before to the person who picked me up and the person who dropped me off all amazing! If I am in the area again theyll be my first choice to rent a car from!!
Unfortunately I have to take one star because the car I got was well, to put it nicely the definition of why I will not ever buy a prior rental car. Despite having only 13k miles it had been in numerous accidents, clear repaired body damage and more fresh unfixed damages. Thankfully this made me less nervous to drive it in a big city.
The interior was also pretty dirty.people really should treat rental vehicles better.

Listen, if you fly into John Wayne, skip renting a car there. It's hell. Do SNA Auto instead. They pick you up, drive you to your car, and send you on your way. Then when you return the car, they drive you back to the airport. They are kind and reasonably priced. Plus, renting on their website is really easy.

I needed a rental fast and needed some flexibility, SNA Auto Rental delivered. The only downside side is I was not informed about a fee which was the only reason I choose this company because the cost was reduced or so I thought because I did end up having to pay the same amount in fees on thw back end.

This was our 2nd time traveling and I forgot my credit card at home. They were very willing and helpful on this. So instead of starting our vacation with a bad start we were able to get our car as well as a ride to and from the airport. Couldn't be happier with there service. Would definitely recommend this company for everyone traveling to John Wayne airport, just remember to call when you get here and they come and get you. Fantastic experience

They were amazing. I was a little worried when I got to John Wayne Airport that I was standing at the wrong spot, and wouldn't get my shuttle. Gave them a call, and they were there in 15 minutes. Their office was only a five minute drive from the airport. Very close. Thirty minutes later I had my rental vehicle. Actually got an upgrade. I had reserved a mid-size compact, but they were all out, so I got an SUV instead, which was very nice. I opted for the toll pass, which I'm glad I did, as I wound up on a couple of toll roads during my stay. When I returned the vehicle, there was actually a gas station just a couple of blocks down the road that was actually kind of reasonable. It was super easy to return my vehicle. They gave me a ride back to the airport. Probably the best car rental experience of my life. Highest recommendation.

Best experience ever for a car rental place! Short wait for pickup at the airport after calling. Car was ready at office and they even put my luggage in trunk. I don't think I was at the office more than 10 minutes to sign papers and inspect the car. Car was clean and drove great. Drop-off was even less time and they drove me back to airport. Everything was so efficient. Great prices, too. Loved it!

Had to rent a larger van (12 person) for my family on a recent trip to Socal doing the Disneyland, Universal and local sights tour. I struggled to find a van at the larger rental companies out of the Santa Ana airport. After some searching I found SNA. The prices were fair, the service was great, very friendly and low key, they picked us up at the airport, had the van ready to go and had us going in 5 minutes. The van was almost brand new and we had no issues. The return process was quick and easy and they used the same van to shuttle us to the airport so no unpacking and packing. Will certainly consider them again for any rental I do through the Santa Ana airport.

I have been visiting family in Orange County for over 10 years now almost always flying into and renting a car from the same company at SNA. I decided to give SNA Auto a try after they were recommended by my credit card. I really liked being able to support a local business and plan to always check here first. Never heard of this company before, but the prices were good enough to try it, and I'm so glad I did! The car was exactly what I requested, and was clean and low mileage. Even better than that is the service: pick up and drop off from the airport was very prompt, and the counter staff were knowledgeable and pleasant, on pick up, drop off and when I called them. Will definitely use again on my next trip.

The easiest car rental place I've ever dealt with! The staff are very quick. You don't have to wait long at all. They are very nice and accommodating and even help you with your luggage into the car. Our airline cancelled our flight and we had to book with another airport and the car rental place allowed us to bring the car back 4 hours later at no extra charge. Will definitely use them again when I come back.
