We are a family-owned Texas business dedicated to craftsmanship, tradition, and creating products with a story worth telling. Founded by James and Alisha Pate, both engineers who chose to leave the corporate world for a more hands-on way of life, Pate Ranch Creations has developed into a boutique workshop serving ranches, lodges, businesses, universities, and families across the country. Our offerings include signature handcrafted boot jacks, leather goods, lodge pieces, corporate gifts, and custom recognition items. We focus on producing useful, substantial, and enduring goods rather than making products simply for the sake of volume.
Our Texas ranch strongly influences our work through natural materials, rich leather, beautiful wood, Western heritage, and designs intended for years of use. When possible, we use wood harvested from our own property, and much of our work is made from scratch in our Texas shop. Our engineering experience brings precision, consistency, attention to function, and careful consideration of materials and details to every project, while technology complements our traditional woodworking and leathercraft. We also create officially licensed university products, including our work as a licensed vendor for Texas A&M University, and we are honored to support Folds of Honor.
