Our company is woman-owned and family-run, and we are licensed, bonded, and insured in both Virginia and North Carolina. Around-the-clock availability is part of how we operate: our phone is answered by a real local person 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When an emergency occurs in the Danville area, our typical response time is 2 to 4 hours. We also provide pricing before beginning any work. Customers review and approve the quote in advance, and the amount quoted is the final bill. In our area, most jobs cost between $350 and $2,500, and we explain where a customer's job falls before starting.
Our plumbing services address emergencies, drains, sewer lines, septic problems, burst pipes, and sewage backups, as well as water heater repair, replacement, and tankless options. We provide softeners and filtration systems for hard well water, and we service wells, pumps, and pressure tanks. Services
We deliver complete drain and sewer services for plumbing systems throughout residential and commercial properties. Our capabilities include cleaning, inspection, repair, installation, and replacement, covering everything from fixture drains to underground sewer lines. If a blockage continues to return, we examine the line for contributing conditions such as grease, soap, hair, debris, tree-root intrusion, pipe damage, or insufficient slope.
We provide hydro jetting for plumbing systems that need a more comprehensive cleaning than basic drain clearing can deliver. Instead of simply opening a passage through a clog, pressurized water removes buildup from a broader area of the pipe interior. Grease, sludge, soap residue, mineral deposits, and other debris can be broken apart and flushed away. Before jetting, we verify that the line is suitable for high-pressure cleaning.
Emergency plumbing problems can continue causing damage when left unattended, particularly when water reaches flooring, walls, ceilings, or electrical equipment. We provide assistance for active leaks, burst or frozen pipes, sewer backups, overflowing toilets, failed well pumps, broken water lines, and leaking water heaters. Our process involves containing the immediate issue, inspecting the system, identifying the failure, and reviewing repair options.
Pro-Flo Plumbing provides professional leak detection and repair for both indoor and outdoor plumbing concerns. We investigate water-meter movement, simultaneous slow drains, reduced pressure, moisture, and other indications that water may be escaping. Depending on the situation, we use visual inspection, pressure testing, electronic listening, thermal imaging, moisture measurement, or line isolation to locate the problem.
We help homeowners address aging plumbing by evaluating the condition and extent of water-line deterioration. Repiping may become practical when failures repeatedly occur across different areas rather than remaining isolated. PEX offers flexibility and resistance to corrosion and mineral buildup, while copper provides durability and heat resistance. We determine which option best fits the property's existing plumbing and conditions.
Our water line services cover inspection, repair, replacement, and installation for systems supplying residential properties. Main lines may run underground from a municipal meter or from well equipment, which can make developing problems difficult to notice. We assess warning signs and pipe conditions carefully, then explain the proposed work, provide a clear estimate, and test completed work for leaks and proper pressure.
Our water heater service covers repairs, replacements, and installations for both conventional tank and tankless equipment. We begin by assessing the existing system and discussing practical choices with you before work starts. From removing an old unit to testing the new installation, we maintain an organized work area and ensure hot water flows properly.
Our water softener service addresses the scale and mineral buildup associated with hard water. We begin with water testing instead of relying on assumptions about local supply or private wells. Based on the results, we select and install appropriately sized equipment, connect necessary lines, program regeneration settings, check performance, and explain routine system care.
We provide commercial plumbing services for offices, restaurants, retail properties, industrial facilities, medical buildings, apartment communities, and other businesses. Our work includes urgent repairs, planned maintenance, equipment replacement, renovations, and large-scale installations. We address common issues such as clogged toilets, leaking faucets, failed water heaters, sewer backups, low water pressure, and damaged supply lines.
Our sump pump service is designed to reduce the risk of standing water, flooring damage, mold growth, and foundation moisture. We assess the existing system, including the basin, pump, drainage conditions, discharge piping, and electrical supply. Installation includes proper pump sizing, a suitable check valve, secure connections, and thorough testing to verify dependable performance.

I was doing a 2nd floor toilet drain that included old cast-iron 4 inch vertical pipe. That pipe had completely deteriorated at the Bell and I did not know how to fix. Pro flow Plumbing came in about an hour and a half. They took a look at the situation and gave me two options. They could fix For a lot of money or they told me what Fernco fitting I could use to reconnect the broken cast-iron Bell to the PVC. I gladly paid the service call charge because their advice was well worth that charge.
I recommend Pro flow plumbing because they could have told me the expensive fix was the only option. Glad to see honesty still prevails for some companies!
