2022: Everyone we worked with was incredibly professional and kind. Don took the time to educate us on plumbing and fully explain our system. He gave us options with estimates at every step. Ended the day with a quick fix and a clear long term plan. HIGHLY recommend this wonderful company.

2025: Sullivan Plumbing saved the day again. They were able to come out quickly when a hot water heater started leaking and not only fixed the issue, but made it better! Kody and Dwayne were very friendly and helpful - and the dog loved them too. Customers for life!

We had a leak we could hear but couldn't see, and Sullivan Plumbing came to the rescue. Megan booked us for a service call the very next day, and Chris and Casey were outstanding. They were professional, friendly, and quickly identified and repaired the broken pipeall within an hour.

I just took advantage of Sullivan's "protection plan", which includes an annual water heater tank flush and while-home plumbing inspection along with other perks like waived call-out fees and priority service when they're busy -it's affordable peace of mind. This is the second time I've done business with Sullivan, and the two plumbers and one office staff that I've met have all been great. Nick's inspection was thorough and diligent, and identified a major problem - excessive water pressure - that would otherwise have gone unnoticed until it caused an unpredictable failure. I'm happy with Sullivan and plan to stick with them.

My sewer line had a root ball causing a back up into the house. Sullivan responded the same day I called and tried all they could to get the problem cleared from removing my toilet. Unfortunately it could not done. They put in a sewer line clean out and got the root ball cleared out and my line flowing again. They did it all in a timely manner. I can't complain about the price as everything is expensive now days. If I have to call a plumber again SULLIVAN is my first call.

Kody and Casey fixed my leaking tub faucet. They were knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, clean, and efficient. This is the second time I've hired Sullivan Plumbing and have been pleased both times with the staff and the work. Both times I have felt comfortable with them in my home, which is important to me as a single mom. I don't know how much plumbing jobs typically cost, but the price seemed very reasonable and pricing was upfront.

Amy was very nice, and got us scheduled quickly. Kody showed up after what would have been his last call for the day, and we were only expecting a diagnosis and estimate. But even though it was getting late, Kody diagnosed the problem and solved our issue! He was very kind and cheerful. No need to go anywhere else.

Sullivan Plumbing is the best plumbing business in Whatcom County. I have done business with them for over a decade. My home, my parents, nephew, and my business have all benefited from their expertise and professionalism.

Sullivan replaced a few leaky hose bibbs and some water supply lines for my faucets. The same person that provided the estimate also did the work, which was awesome. They finished the work in a timely manner and worksite was cleaned up really well. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Fantastic service from Kody Prosser at Sullivan Plumbing! Our 50 year old, main waterline was leaking and was located under our driveway. Kody brainstormed the perfect solution and in a little over a day we had a brand new line installed and the job site is clean and tidy! Very professional. Very fair pricing and we got a senior discount. If we could give 10 stars we would! A+++ for Kody and Sullivan Plumbing. The customer care and service are outstanding. Full disclosure: I didnt winterize my outdoor spigot. Is that what I told my wife? No. Did I try to fix it myself and further damage my house and marriage? No. I called a professional, Kody, at Sullivan Plumbing.

Not only did he crawl through my crawl space, but he was fast, professional, and did a great job. He also didnt tattle on me to my wife. It was a old spigot. When I inevitably mess up my house again, Kody will be the first call.

I had water coming out of the front of my new house yesterday. My usual plumber was fully booked and recommended Sullivan.

I called and they were out within an hour. They found my issue (which was luckily minor) and got it fixed quickly.

I had a middle of the night water heater flood and got same day service to replace the heater. Kody taught me a lot about water heater operation and maintenance, and answered all my questions. He and his apprentice were professional, friendly and did the work efficiently.

I highly recommend Sullivan Plumbing. Our hot water heater was old and leaking and causing damage to our floors. Sullivan Plumbing arrived on time and had a new water heater installed within hours. They did a fantastic install. They are now my go to for all plumbing issues in the future.

Plumbing issues are NEVER fun, but we feel very fortunate to have met Don Dawson in the midst of a doozy. He is a good and decent human and that goes a LONG ways in our book. And he has assembled a great team as well.

We had a complex plumbing problem arise in a home that houses a young family with 3 kids under the age of 10 - and only one bathroom. Don took us under his wing and saw us through every aspect, coming up with solutions that were rock solid (and creative!) that we feel very confident in.

He was very easy to communicate with, calm, knowledgable, and presented us with options all along the way that took many factors into consideration. He and his team were there when they said they'd be there and worked efficiently. They were mindful of noise, disruption to daily lives and schedules, cost, and came up with designs that were both cost effective and result in easier and more effective maintenance moving forward.

He made sure every step of the way that we were given opportunity to ask questions and be part of the decision making process. He also was welcoming of our desire to inspect the work in progress and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect. Who does that anymore?? It kind of blew us away. If we had questions, he took time to explain.

We had a lot of opportunity to interact with the office staff - and they were fantastic as well! We found each person to be friendly; their communication and responsiveness were first rate.

I cannot say that we look forward to any more plumbing problems, but I can say with all honesty, that we feel very confident in knowing who to call when the next time comes. Cant say enough good about Don and his team. They were lifesavers.
