First time I decide to use a Tax Professional and it was a mess, ended up paying a ton and left me with a bad amended return where I had to pay a lot more money when I was supposed to get money back. Would not recommend.
Thank you for your reply Josh, if/when my issue gets resolved I will update my review.
First update, they have taken my case back and continued working with the IRS to resolve my issue. I appreciate the effort and will update my review one more time once this is fully resolved.
Last update: IRS finally reported the expected change and Universal Tax Professionals did end up resolving the problem that happened with the IRS.

I was a bit skeptical at first due to the price, but man am I so relieved I hired these folks. Pamela was such a help to get everything organized for me on time and made sure everything was super clear and easy for me to follow.
Once everything was finalized and I could see the mountain of paperwork that she did for me, the price is 1000% justified. These guys rock!
