I cant say enough good things about Ted. He is responsive, transparent about costs, and professional. We have had him over to replace a toilet, and then we had him come back to fix a major issue with our water main. He provided exceptional service both times: he came right when he said, he did what he promised, it cost what he estimated, and he left things clean and in great working order. We will definitely call Ted again when we need a plumber!

Ted is incredible. Meticulous, thorough and timely. Prices are more than reasonable. Hes also an incredibly nice guy. I trust him to tell me straight whats going on and best way to go around fixing things. He helped me out in an emergency pipe leak many months ago and again to get a water softener, filtration system, and pressure regulator (for the main line) installed to the house. Hes my go to plumber!

Ive used Ted for a few years now for various plumbing repairs like Hot Water Heater replacement, sink pipe re-plumbing, adding copper water lines to refrigerator, faucet and tub valve repairs. He is always very responsive, does exceptional work and is reasonable priced and for the most part cheaper than anyone else. He has even given me advice over the phone for self repair. Never had an issue with any services.

Ted knows his stuff. He found and fixed a leak that baffled other professionals. He is reliable and doesnt charge an arm and a leg. He shows up when he says he will. In addition, he is just a really good guy. I highly recommend him whether youve got minor leaks or major problems or just need maintenance to prevent water catastrophes. Thank you, Ted!

Ted is a seasoned license plumber who will give it to you straight. I've had him over to look at a couple of issues with a house I just moved into. I tried Bonney Plumbing first but they just sent a kid who misdiagnosed an issue and gave me an extremely inflated quote. Bonney isn't welcome back here anymore. Ted is the guy you want. He has an assessment fee but trust me it's worth the knowledge and experience he brings.

Ted deserves more than 5 stars. Came in the fixed my hot water heater, when many other companies were trying to make me change the whole unit, (charge me $1000's). Ted came, explained everything, gave me a fair quote, and completed the job, in an all very fair manor. Honest, fast, friendly service. Definitely earned me as a customer. 5 stars, highly recommend for any plumbing work.
