I recommend this plumbing company to all homeowners who have or had a clog involving their sewage or septic drain line. The customer service of this company is phenomenal! Great company. I called them to clean my grease trap and need some paperwork filled out for the city. What I like about this company is the owner keeps communication with me, explaining everything they need to do to and they did exactly the same. They came in on time and the owner even sent me all paperwork 11pm at night because of my emergency. It was a pleasure working with a responsible company.

Having worked for a plumber in New York City for five years, I know how crazy a plumbing office can be during a crisis. From the moment that Gabriel answered the phone, everything that was promised was delivered. We had a new toilet bowl installed that we had picked up at Home Depot. The fantastic Tech arrived at the house with mask and gloves on ready to go. This put my mind at ease immediately. He was very clean and did the job beautifully. I could not be happier. Gabriel even called me back to make sure the job went well and to let me know about a miami-dade rebate that i had no idea about! Will recommend this company and definitely use again.

Had a valve issue on my water heater. Called WM Plumbing. Within 1 hr., I had a technician at my house repairing the valve and a spigot at the side of the house. David Harold (tech) was fantastic, clean, efficient and friendly. Later that night, I noticed a leak at the valve body (not from their work but a faulty part from Lowe's). I emailed the company and at 8:00 am on the dot, I received an email from owner and a call from the tech. What a great company. It's almost impossible to find a more responsive company nowadays. If you need plumbing done, use them. The prices are good and the service exceptional.
