Ivan showed up at 9pm and left at 1:20am. He showed dedication to finishing his job and making sure the problem was resolved. He was nice, knowledgeable and showed professionalism with his job. He cleaned up the area that he worked at and apologized to neighbors for being there so late. I am very thankful for him doing an exceptional job at such late in the evening.

Ivan and Al the guys always comes in with a smile. Ivan actually know everyone names in the office too!!!! Customer service is something DW instills with their crew.

I had to sit right down and write a review after the service call we received from Ivan this week. He arrived with a big smile and then went right back out to his truck to get covers for his shoes when he realized I was worried about our wall to wall carpeting getting dirty. He even apologized for the noise required as he cut through the walls and pipes because he saw me working at my computer. He explained that he was covering the bathroom floor with a tarp to keep everything clean and when the job was completed and he asked me to come in to see what was done... I was shocked!!
He had hung plastic over the work site with such care that it almost looked artistic!! I was beyond pleased!!!
Now, as we wait for the next contractor to arrive, we are experiencing no inconvenience because of the beautiful work Ivan did.
Ivan was also a wonderful person to meet...kind, respectful, professional and yet really down to earth. He's 5 stars+ in my book!

They earned a lifetime customer. These guys are amazing I was riding my motorcycle and was having issues they went out of their way to help me with some tools. Definitely recommend for anything.

We were lucky enough to have Rachel & Faith stop by with the "goody basket" today at Casa Bill Soltero. What a way to start the New Year!! If there is one thing I can truly say, it is this...From the receptionist to the Techs, there is not one person that does not make a difference to this company! The DW Plumbing guys were great! David came to fix something in the morning but realized there was a bigger problem going on. He got called away to an emergency issue and promised to be back. He filled that promise annd came back later in the evening and brought a buddy, Vince. The two of them fixed the leak quickly. They were professional and friendly and I highly recommend.

I couldnt be more impressed with this plumbing company. I reached out with a clogged shower drain issue, and within minutes, they were at my doorno exaggeration. From Maddy, Liz was awesome as well as Lewis, knowledgeable, and had the problem fixed in seconds. It felt like watching a master at work. No mess, no fuss, just pure efficiency. Had my air conditioner replaced today in my apartment, didnt expect the professionalism kindness and just all around great service I received today from James and Caleb, these guys were extremely friendly and just all around people I would call my friends. Made an extremely and I mean seriously stressful situation calm and collected. These guys know what they are doing and what they are talking about. Brought a crane and all the material / equipment necessary to replace my old unit with a new one. Ten out of ten for this company and crew!

DW is an amazing company, and their team members truly care about the work that they do. I have been experiencing major plumbing issues and DW was able to assist same day! They went above and beyond and I felt comfortable and informed. They sat down and explained to me what was going on in my home, and they were so patient and kind. I would 100% recommend them!

I work for an apartment complex in downtown Phoenix. One of our units had a sink backflow. Ivan showed up in a timely manner and cleaned out the drain just in a few minutes. He made sure his workspace was clean and put everything back how it was. He is the technician that any company would want to represent them. Super charismatic, respectful, and gets the job done!
