I had my water and ggas lines replaced on a historical house in downtown Concord. I found the workers to be pleasant, and professional at their tasks. They communicated their plan for repairs and stayed to the agreement. I will use them again for future jobs.

What a surprise and blessing. Two days after the job was completed, I received a call from the project manager, who explained he spoke with his team and decided that a larger gauged piping should have been used on the project and that the company would be replacing it at no cost. Wow. On Monday they came and dug out the entire length of the original work and replaced the perfectly good piping and replaced it with what he described as the best piping for the project.

One word describes the men of this company, integrity. Thank you for your honesty and great work. I 100 percent recommend them and will use them again.

It was a weird problem. In the end, the water meter was lying. Although the tech did not find the issue, not his fault, he was very thorough. I knew what wasn't wrong, which was extremely helpful. No problems recommending this company.

Needed a low water pressure bathroom faucet checked out. Made a appointment In-Demand. The service tech Zeek Salazar called me this morning stating he had earlier time available. I was thrilled to have it bumped up a few hours earlier. Zeek texted me when he was a few minutes away. Arrived and was courteous and very professional! We went over what was wrong and initially tried to troubleshoot the issue. After that didnt work he did a quick work order/estimate. Got the right part in a few minutes. Installed everything, cleaned up the work area before checking if any leaks and water was flowing smooth. Over-all another great expierance with In-Demand Plumbing as I have used there services before when I've had plumbing issues. Thank you to Zeek who came out today and made this a simple process!

I was so grateful that the technician, Elijah was able to come today to make the adjustments to the piping under my kitchen sink especially being that I just called requesting service yesterday!

Jesse was great. He replaced supply hoses and angle stops. He also troubleshooted another issue that came up with a bathtub valve, replacing it the same day. I've used In Demand multiple times and the interactions have always been great. Honestly though, Jesse is the best plumber from there that I've interacted with.

Elijah did a wonderful job installing our new beverage faucet to our RO. We had a primary room faucet that needed replacing an it was very tough to get out. Elijah kept all the areas he was working in very neat a tidy. He also took a look at our shower that wasnt producing enough hot water.
