I had such a positive experience with a plumbing repair which turned into a bathroom remodel. I had a very insidious toilet leak in our downstairs bathroom which had been patched along by previous owners of the home and other plumbing companies. When I called Sam and Sons for a second opinion, they were prompt, courteous and professional. They came right out despite the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday weekend, and did very thorough diagnostics and came up with a plan. while obviously more in depth than I initially thought, they made sure I understood everything that was going on every step of the way. I never felt as though they were pushy or gimmicky. I understood thoroughly what was going on, and our timeline for completion. Ramon and his crew were absolutely outstanding. They were consistently punctual, tidy, communicative, professional, and worked around my schedule. As a healthcare provider, it is unpredictable to say the very least, and they were always so accommodating. These kinds of things happening right before the holidays are never ideal. Thank you to Sam and Sons for making this as painless and prompt as possible. I will have no hesitation calling you in the future!

We called on a Thursday morning, and they came out that Monday. The project was completed in two days. They installed a new kitchen faucet and snaked the drain, replacing a section of pipe. Wonderful customer service, just a bit pricey.

This morning I called sam and sons again because the melting snow left my house a MESS. There was a huge leak on the second floor that was running EVERYWHERE. Thankfully, The stopped the leak and are coming back tomorrow to begin to repair the damages. They saved me from potential thousands of dollars worth of work.

Five stars for Sam & Sons! I had a plumbing issue that had been bugging me for weeks, and after calling around, Sam & Sons gave me the best price AND the fastest appointment. They sent Adam, and he was absolutely phenomenal.
Adam is one of those plumbers who genuinely loves what he does. His attention to detail is impressive — he checked everything twice, tested the system thoroughly, and made sure I understood what he fixed. He even pointed out a couple of things to keep an eye on in the future but never pushed me to buy anything unnecessary.
The workmanship is top-notch. Everything looks neat, organized, and professionally installed. You can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way the first time.

Sam and Sons did an amazing job restoring a primary shower stall to full use after being out of commission for three years! Sam listened to the issues and worked with me to find a solution that worked. His techs were thorough, very neat, and did very high quality work. Sam came twice on the day when his team was here to monitor the work and make sure the crew had what they needed.

Sam and Sons Plumbing has honestly been one of the best companies I have worked with in a long time. From the moment I called they were responsive helpful and very straightforward about everything. Adam the plumber came out to my house and he was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing which gave me a lot of confidence that the job was being done right.

Recently, we had a huge downpour, and I noticed water leaking from my ceiling, so I called Sam & Sons and spoke with Emma. She was very professional and set me up with an appointment that same day. Sam arrived as promised and guided me through my repair. Unfortunately, many areas of this house are not up to code since it is 70 years old, but Sam was gracious enough to offer me advice on repairing a leak coming from a bathroom exhaust pipe on the roof. He was very informative, and I will be requesting his team's services next time I need help repairing something in my home.

I contacted Sam and sons to check on my slow draining toilet. Fast same day service. They checked everything and problem was quickly fixed. They gave me some options for future upgrades I wanted to perform. No pushy salesman. Just honest hardworking guys. I will be calling them soon for the upgrades.

German was prompt; in fact he arrived 30 min early. He assessed the A/C problem through diagnostic testing and manual labor. The problem could not be resolved the same day due to the compressor being overheated and could not be properly tested. When German returned, he completed the testing and installed the replacement parts which resulted in the A/C system working again. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns so that I felt fully informed and aware of the lifespan of the compressor and when it should be replaced. He was truly professional and courteous. Job well done!

I am constantly impressed by the commitment this company has shown to my family. For years Sam and Sons is the only company we’ve trusted with our townhome. After we bought a new house, we wanted a few structural components altered, and we were able to sit down with the contractor who told us how we could make everything most comfortable for my family without breaking the bank. Sam and Sons were able to reconstruct both entrances of the house, remodel the master bathroom and rearrange kitchen layout for our convince, and we didn’t have to push back her move in date, which was imperative. I am grateful my family had Sam and Sons, and highly recommend them to others.
