Was extremely pleasant experience from beginning to end. Entered vehicle information online and received quote pretty quick. No surprise that it was much lower than dealership. I would highly recommend Brakes To Go. Marcos came to my home to complete the full brake job that I needed done. He was punctual, friendly, professional, and double checked his work with me when he was finished. He reviewed the cost before he started service and there were no surprises for cost along the way. Brakes To Go made the entire process incredibly convenient. My technician, Jaime, came right to my work parking lot, was professional and straight to the point, and had everything done quickly without any hassle. He explained the work clearly and there was zero pressure or upselling.
I also appreciated that they accept Synchrony, which made paying for the service easy and flexible. Synchrony works with a lot of businesses, so it was great to see that option available here too.

Marshall came out quickly within the first 30 minutes of the 2 hour time window and was super friendly from the start. He performed the inspection and let me know what was required and finished replacing my rear brake rotors and pads all within an hour. His customer service, knowledge, and efficiency deserves more than 5 stars.

Excellent service and best prices on brake repairs. Updated GPS time of arrival. Installer Jaime was great. He listened, laid out my options after inspection. After I made my selection, he got to work quickly. Finished in about 40 minutes. He then performed a test drive and did final checks. Payment was easy. The price was the best price for the service. This was the best customer experience I have had in a long time. I literally don't have anything negative to say. Scheduling was easy, the technician was knowledgable and friendly and the price was fantastic. The best part was it was done in my driveway, so I was able to get household chores done while the work was being done.

Great service for a great price, and so convenient! I called for the first time yesterday morning. They sent Justin out the same day. He did a free inspection of my brakes and gave me multiple options as far as just pads, or just pads and front rotors, or all pads and all rotors. I opted to get it all done so I don't have to worry about it and it comes with a 2-year warranty as well. All the work was done right there in my carport without moving my car and it took less than an hour. These guys are really good. I give them an enthusiastic 5 out of 5 stars. Well done guys!
