I live in two unit condo and needed to choose correct balance between coverage of main policy condo insurance and my individual unit insurance.
It was not an easy task for an amateur. Jenny Karavaeva has helped me a lot. She has explained different topics of the coverage in details.
As a result I have chosen appropriate coverage and saved money.

I found myself in a position where many carriers did not want to even offer me a business policy due to a prior pending claim, and any policies that were offered were astronomical. Honestly, I so dreaded working with an insurance broker to find a home insurance policy. Kovalev seriously exceeded all my expectations. I worked with Leo and Sonia at Kovalev Insurance. I cannot recommend them more. I had a new house that I was having trouble getting homeowners quotes for. Unlike the previous broker I was dealing with, the team was fast in getting me quotes and super responsive. When there was an issue with payment on closing, Leo, Sonia and team made sure to work with our lawyers and mortgage company to get it rectified. I’ve been with Kovalev Insurance Agency since they opened in the early 90s. They have never disappointed me. Always responsive and supportive. Always looking for the best value for me. I dealt with several employees of the agency over the years and all of them were extremely professional, polite and friendly. I have never had to wait for more than an hour to receive an email response or a call back. If my agent was unavailable, their colleagues would eagerly help. I even asked my current agent, Sonia Carneiro, to advise my son who lives in a different state on his insurance. She called him herself and answered all of his questions.
